The haunted trail is open to anyone, at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and may enter at their parent or guardian's sole discretion. By choosing to enter, you understand and assume any and all risk associated with doing so. Aside from your usual killer clowns, demonic posessions, and ghostly hauntings, other risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of loss, injury, or even death. Patrons must navigate carefully through the dark as the path is at times uneven, and may contain parts of trees including branches and roots which pose a risk of tripping, falling, or impalement. The woods are unpredictable, and always contain wild and sometimes dangerous animals, plants, or other forms of wildlife that can injure or kill. There also exists in particular, based on the history of the property, a unique risk of encountering dangerous and/or murderous psychopaths who may have previously owned the property in search of revenge to satisfy a personal vendetta against current property owners. While these are just some of the risks involved with participating in this new and exciting Halloween attraction, it is impossible for us to list them all. Patrons who participate in this attraction assume any and all risk by entering, and agree not to hold the attraction's owners, operators, or property owners liable for any loss, injury, death etc. Thrill-seekers will also sign a waiver prior to entering to this effect.
